About Three Harbors Council Three Harbors Council, Boy Scouts of America is one of the premier youth-serving organizations in Wisconsin. Three Harbors Council serves more than 4,400 youth with support from more than 2,000 adult volunteers in Kenosha, Milwaukee, and Racine counties. Scouting helps young people develop into responsible, productive citizens through programming based on the core values of Leadership, Achievement, Character, Service and Outdoor Education. About Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta Established in 1927, Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta boasts a plethora of tent camping sites throughout the mile-wide property. Some of the sites are tucked deep into the pine forest, while some are located on grassy Upper Staplekamp Field, while others still are located atop Blowhorn Hill, overlooking the marsh. Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta is located on the northern shores of beautiful, quiet Dyer Lake. |
